When the season starts again the practice will range from 3:30 to 5:00 P.M.
Please make sure you have your parent(s) or guardian ready to pick you up at that time!

Don't forget to drink plenty of water during practice. You need to stay hydrated during play, especially when it's hot outside. Also keep in mind the rules of conduct and always display good sportmanship.
